Every seven seconds, someone turns 50, and the leading edge
of the baby boomer generation is now 55. At 73 million, the
over 50 audience is the fastest growing, most affluent segment
of the population. In order to serve companies that market
to this audience of active adults, Parker & James Communications
has formed a new division, AardvarkExpress. Since there is
no term to successfully identify this group, we have coined
the term "aardvark," which we use to brand our marketing efforts.
Parker & James Communications offers an integrated marketing
approach to reach this desirable market. Depending on a client's
goals and needs, we can provide public relations, advertising,
direct marketing, and Web promotion in a seamless program,
or we can provide one or more of these tactics, depending
on what is appropriate for the client.
Although this program is not designed exclusively as an e-commerce

that functions as an online information and shopping community.
This site is one of the many tactics we offer to market a
client's goods and services.
AardvarkExpress.com offers original stories, products, humor
and personality to active adults. Attractive cartoon characters,
Aaron and Aava Aardvark, escort visitors throughout the site,
where they meet other "aardvarks" from around the world, learn
about new things they can use, and shop for a wide range of
products.
