Parker & James Communications was recently awarded a Merit Award in the category, Television Public Service Announcement, from the Publicity Club of New England for the PSA it produced for the Rewarding Work Campaign of the Massachusetts Department of Mental Retardation.

In previous years, Parker & James won the Publicity Club’s Super Bell award for best public relations campaign for its promotion for Framingham (Mass.) State College, honoring FSC alumna and teacher-astronaut, Christa McAuliffe.

The Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (formerly the Health Care Financing Administration) recently published "Recruiting Human Service Employees in Good Times and Otherwise" by Jeffrey Keilson, former regional director of the Metro Region of Mass.
